I am trying configure the ISA to allow FTP acces to the internet to be a ble to upload files to other servers, but whe go to Protocol Definition and right click, there is no New option to allow me to define a protocol.
Does any one know what may be causing this, or how do I get to enable this option?
Thanks Collins

My guess is that you need to uncheck the 'download only' option in the properties of your access rule. (right click access rule, configure FTP, uncheck)

Hi Collins,
it looks like you have an unihomed ISA configuration. If that's the case, only the Web Proxy part is available and you can not create new protocols.
For more info, check out http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;838364 .

You are using ISA 2000 and there is no "download only" option.

Problem solved, just formated the disk and reinstalled every thing back. We have the ISA connected to the router and cisco Pix firewall to DSL. All functionality required is now available.
Thanks to those who responed.
