Hi, I recently installed ISA 2004 on a customers Small Business Server 2003 and all was working fine until I applied one of the ISA server post SP2 hotfixes from Microsoft update.
The firewall service no longer starts and does not return any useful info in event log etc.
I though Id try a re-install of ISA 2004 but it will not un-install it from add/remove programs. When I try to remove ISA it starts removing it then when it gets toward the end the installer program displays rolling back actions and rolls back the uninstall.
Can anyone suggest anything I can try with this or is there a way I can force the uninstall or manually uninstall it?
At the moment the business is down as there is no access to the server etc so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just an update to say I managed to get it working again by re-applying ISA 2004 SP2 again from the msp file. If anyone does have any advice on how to force removal or manually uninstall ISA 2004 it would still be very useful to know incase I end up in this situation again!
