Hello,

I'm trying to upload images on my personal web space using smartFTP from a work station behind
a W2k3/ISA 2004 firewall. As soon as I try uploading or deleting a file/image I get an error
550 access denied. I by passed the firewall for a brief moment to test if the firewall caused the problem which indeed it did. Do I need to create access rules and if so what protocols do I need? Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure you need to disable Read Only on the FTP filter. For your FTP access or publishing rule, goto its porperties, then select the traffic tab, it should have FTP filtering in there by default, click on the filtering tab, and make sure read only is unchecked.
