You can change the 30 seconds interval by editing of the following registry key:

Path:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fpc\Storage\Array-Root\Arrays\{DF03597E-BF92-4062-96FD-E4954FFE4ADF}\ConnectivityVerifiers]

Value:
"msFPCRefreshRate"=dword:0000001e

Note that the ID (starts with {DF03�. ) of the Array will be different on your firewall.

Hi Stefaan,

We are connecting to a web application that sometimes needs a lot of time for some actions. Sometimes we run into a time-out reported by our ISA Server 2004. I'm wondering if this time-out has something to do with Connectivity Verifiers of ISA Server 2004. If it is, waht can we do to give the web application more time to respond?

Hi Francis,

I don't think there is any relationship here with the connectivity verifiers. That said, I don't know how long the Web Proxy will wait for an answer before timing out. I never measured it. Also, I'm not aware of a method to change that time-out value.

BTW --- aren't those time-outs a sign of a badly written web application? [Wink]
