Unknown Computer in Reports

Status: offline 		When looking over my daily reports for web activity by user, I noticed the top spot goes to a user called Unknown. I know this to be the ISA server itself because it does a lot of conent download jobs over night. Why does it come up as unknown and how can I fix this?

Also, in my logs I have seen that my external IP address is making a connection to a web site as well as the client ip address. Why is this?

Status: offline 		Hi Anthony,

They designed it that way, and the ISA firewall is use the local host address and is not a Firewall client.
