Just an FYI, since I opened an premier case MS. An updated fwctool.exe file has been released and given to the MS web folks. According to the ticket, the new tool should be available in around 24 hours. I know I'm looking forward to it since ISA2004 SP1 broke it as posted in another thread. The new version fixes the issue with ISA2004 SP1.

Hi Tom

Where did you download from?

If I go to

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=F20F6267-273D-4870-B1E8-799B261B4786&displaylang=en

it says "published: 04/11/2005", but when I download it, it's still the old version which doesn't work with sp1. [Confused]

Jason, try again. I just used your link and downloaded it. It's version 4.0.3439.50 which does work with SP1.

Hmm, same problem here, date is updated on download page but after downloading it's the old version dated 6/2004 and still errors out when run against SP1.

Even cleared IE cache and temporarily disabled ISA cache and it's still the old version.

If anyone truly has a working link, post it here and I'll try again.

Probably the old version was stuck in your cache!

LOL, maybe need to start a new thread on how to flush the cache. [Razz]

I tried, and got the newest (4.0.3439.50) version.

Funny.....actually if you read my edited post I did clear my cache, and temporarily disabled my ISA servers cache, it takes 20 seconds to download very slowly, so it's clearly not pulling from a cache.

Who does the Network Administrator call when encountering the "Contact your Network Administrator" message?

Maybe MS has not sync'd all their round-robin servers yet. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

That must have been the problem that it hadn't replicated to all of their servers, now after 20 more downloads in a row (without even clearing my cache) I finally got the new version.
