Hello,

We upgraded a ISA2004 EE using the method of building a new clean 2006EE array with a new CSS and all.

Exported the complete config and certs from the running 2004EE and imported it into the 2006EE.

We then had 2 new and 2 old array nodes and where unable to remove the old array nodes from the configuration.

Error message: 0xc0040396 which is about SSL certificates or the lack of them.

Complete error message reads:

SSL is enabled for the Internal Network. You must specify a certificate to use for SSL authentication. The changes cannot be applied.

The error occurred on object "WebListenerProperties" of class "Web Listener Properties" in the scope off array"Array 01".

We removed all web listeners to try to get around this but it didnt work. Strangely enough, it was possible to remove one of the old stale nodes without changing anything in the config when we started work this morning. When we tried earlier it was not possible.

We now have 2 working array nodes and one stale old one. It is not possible to import new SSL certificates as long as all of the array nodes not are online in the CSS GUI.

How do we remove the last old array node from the config?
