After upgrading ISA2004-SP2 to 2006, my published web site for straight 80/anonymous access is no longer accessible.
error 403 (12202)
I have tried changing the authentication delegation methods on the rule and changing listener auth, per posts here & elsewhere but none of it works.
It even did a new rule and new listener from scratch, no go...
This seems it should be very basic function to do ! ?

Went back and reset rule to: Auth = No delegation, cannot auth directly.
Then set Listener back to use wildcard (http/s).
It is working now, odd that this combo was already tried (original rule used this Listener).
