I'm planning to upgrade our existing Windows 2000 Server (stand-alone) which is running ISA 2000 to Windows Server 2003 and ISA 2004. My question(s):

1. Any problems with doing an in-place upgrade of this scenario?
2. Which should I upgrade first - OS or ISA?
3. Any recommended DR steps to take prior to doing the in-place upgrade so I can roll-back, if necessary (though I hate to think about that <g>)?

I've read that the ISA 2000 to ISA 2004 upgrade goes pretty smooth and I've experimented with it in a lab setup and things seem to work well.
Thanks for any insight into this upgrade!
