We are in a Education enviroment and we use ISA 2000 Standard Edition. I want to upgrade to 2004. We dont really use ISA as it should be, we only use it to block certain sites, keep a record of activity by users etc and also to ban certain usrs. Can i just drop 2004 cd and upgrade it?

I tried a new install and imported the configration files from 2000 but hit a brick wall.

Any advice please?
