Can anyone help with this one?
I am running ISA server on W2K server with 2 NIC's. WAN side connected to the company extranet, the extranet provides internet access through a proxy server array, so my local ISA server is set to route to upstream server.
The set-up works fine for accessing the internet from the local LAN however IĈm having problems when trying to publish a local web server. Local web server can be accessed externaly if the upstream routing rule is changed to retrieve directly, but then no internet access from LAN. I have tried creating a new routing rule and linking it to a destination set but no luck. I have tried to get the rule to work based on a destination set, the destination set has the FQD for the WAN side, I have been through most of the publishing tutorials on the isaserver.org site and IĈm certain the destination set is entered correctly, but the routing rule just wont act on it. Can anyone please help I seam to have hit a brick wall.

Sorted!
Needed a new destination set with the internal ip address of the webserver, used this for a new routing rule.

Hi Kuldip,

Great! Good to hear you got it working and thanks for the follow up. But where did you find "destination sets" in ISA 2004?

Thanks!
Tom
