I have installed ISA Server 2004 (Beta). I administer a network of over 80 users entirely windows 2000 based. I need to restrict users from using the internet via ISA. I have created user goups etc. Whenever i restrict the usage to a specific set of users MSN Messenger disconnects and does not connect unless i give access to all users.

Can anyone help me on how to restrict users from browsing the internet and keep MSN connected as well.

Have the users that are disconnecting disabled the Firewall client? That will break the authentication.
