Status: offline 		The SNAT clients are not passing their window's signon ID to ISA so we can't map user to active directory data that contains their entitlements for access to specific ports and services.

that's correct! ISA can only do user/group based outbound access control for Web proxy and Firewall clients.

Status: offline 		Thanks, do you know of any work around that will trigger an agent application or popup a window to force the user to enter their login/pw?

Is there any particular reason why you don't want to use the Web proxy and Firewall client?
