when using the hotline client from bigred H software (www.bigredh.com), on a workstation behind ISA with the friewall client installed, I always get an error about an unknown transport error when trying to download or upload something. Has anyone any idea about what the problem might be!

Hi zeiram,

You may need to create Protocol Rules for the application. Does it require secondary connections?

HTH,
