Status: offline 		when using the hotline client from bigred H software (www.bigredh.com), on a workstation behind ISA with the friewall client installed, I always get an error about an unknown transport error when trying to download or upload something. Has anyone any idea about what the problem might be!

Status: offline 		Hi zeiram,

You may need to create Protocol Rules for the application. Does it require secondary connections?
