All,

I've created inbound and outbound access policies for port 5900 (VNC viewer 4.1.1). I'm attempting to VNC into a VPN client workstation. I get authenticated and the remote screen appears, but I cannot control the remote workstation. If someone on the other end does something, I see those changes. But still cannot remotely control their workstation.

Tried this with the workstation's Internet address (static DSL link) and their internal VPN address. Same issue.

Does VNC use secondary connections or port ranges? Reading the RealVNC site, it mentions something about port 5900+N for multiple connections.

Thoughts anyone?

Best,
Todd

In addition, I have no issues connecting to any other computers in my network other than VPN clients. Hope that may help narrow it down.

Best,
Todd
