Hi

I am publishing a VO-IP gateway through my ISA 2004 Server.

Currently everthing is fine "sort of"

I can get the calls through but they arent bidirectional, so only one side can talk.
But this is only when I disable the IP filtering rules.

when they are turned on by default, the following error appears on my server log.

Result Code
0xc0040017 FWX_E_TCP_NOT_SYN_PACKET_DROPPED

on port 1720 when using the h.323 protocol.

when disabled. everything is fine. except for the one way call thing.

So now i notice the folliwing in my logs.

How come it is'nt bi-directional??

Any answer leading to the resolution to my problem is greatly appreciated. i've been working on this problem for over a week now!

Hi Micheal,

How did you publish the H.323 protocol? As far I as remember, there isn't an H.323 Server protocol definition.

Here is the protocol I made and published.
from external to the internal IP using the normal server publishing wizard .view.

I added the h.323 access filter.
