Hi,

I cant find anything about if you can define a up/down limit for clients connecting from the outside to the iserver.

The problem is that if an employee connects from his home to the office thru vpn and he is downloading some huge files, all other users that are in the office trying to go outside and download that those connections are poor/slow.

Yes i am aware that TCP works with ack so you need to have some upload available for that if you want to download ''fast''.

I saw something about NLB, but that is usefull if you have 2 or more servers and its purpose is more for uptime rather than keeping the connection fast.

I thought that ISA 2004/6 had a function builtin

Yep you are right, there is no built-in function to control the bandwidth in ISA Server 2004/2006.
