I am trying to understand the relation between DHCP and VPN clients that connect using ISA server 2004.  I have allowed 10 PPTP connections.  When I look in my DHCP lease I see 21 client IP address released to my firewall server name and the RAS unique ID.....Shouldn't I only see 10 max??  If a person connects to the VPN and logs off 2 hours later, then reconnects shouldn't they get the same IP address until the lease is up?  Is there a way to control this?  Is there something that may be not setup correctly on my ISA server?
