Hi all,

I am facing a strange problem. VPN clients of our remote office can connect to my ISA server (in chq office) any time but can seldom browse Internet. They remain connected but can not browse properly. After rebooting my ISA server that is configured to allow vpn client access remote users can browse internet again and a few moment later they remain connected but can not browse Internet. I am fadup with this issue. Please help.

My ISA 2000 server sp2 is running on a windows 2003 server sp1. All clients including remote users are in same subnet. remote users are authenticated by domain but their PCs are not in the domain. Domain mode is native.

Hi,

It seems you missed configuring IE Connection settings for VPN.

Go to IE>Tools>Internet Options>Connections
Select the VPN Addapter
Click on Settings
Give Proxy Address if you are using one.
