According to this image > http://img514.imageshack.us/img514/3317/vpnpropertiesaddressassur8.jpg, you have configured your ISA server to use an internal DHCP server to lease ip-adresses to your clients. IF you don't have any DHCP relay agent installed on the ISA server the ISA server will not be able to relay the the requests to the DHCP server. Chech in RRAS if you have the DHCP relay agent installed.

FLY You do not have to use DHCP if you do not want, you can use static addressing for your VPN Client. All what you have to do is to exclude this static range from the Internal Network Address Range. quote:
We are using address pool. what address pool ?? its either static or dhcp , and you have set it as dhcp , and you said that you do not use dhcp , then what ?? mmmm have you configured this address on RRAS ??? you should not, everything should be configured thru ISA Server Management Console

Hello Elmejdal, We have re-configured the ISA server in Adress Assignment with this range of static adress pool: from 172.16.0.0 to 172.16.0.200. Thanks for your help.
