VPN IpSec Rekey issue

I have an ISA 2006 box using IPSec VPN to connect to a Cisco ASA 5520. Everything works great, but every day I get the tunnel drop for a while, and then reconnect and run fine for another day. The IKE rekey time is 1 day,so I'm assuming that's what it is.

I have checked that both ends of the tunnel are both on the same rekey interval for IKE and IPSec (they are) and that they are synced to the same NTP server. but still the tunnel drops.

I need to get this working or I am pretty well going to have to bin ISA because it's mission critical that the link works. Does anyone have any ideas? Have you seen this behaviour before?

is there a KB-Article for the new ipsec.sys ?
I just called MS-Support and they wanted to know which KB-Article i am referring to...
