I am working on a demonstration-environment with ISA 2006, WSUS, F-secure Policy Manager 7.0 on a Windows Server 2003 platform. The point is to demonstrate VPN Quarantine and only allow clients with the latest updates from the WSUS and Virus definitions from F-secure Policy Manager before the VPN client access the LAN.
I am not familiar with scripting and looking for some help? I heard about 3-part like VPN-Q 2006 that generates scripts against WSUS and so on. But I also need to complete the script with code to F-Secure components.
Can someone please give me some advice? Maybe someone already got this kind of script?

If you're not famillar with programming, you might want to look at VPN-Q 2006. There is an article on that product on this site. Without strong programming experience, it will be difficult to get VPN-Q to work on your own.
