I do have some problems with site-to-site vpns. Traffic isn't routed through the ISA server. If you look at the routing tables of a working ISA and a failing ISA (ISA2004 on SBS) you see a different routing table. I can't see why the routing tables are different. On the failing ISA server the ISA (SBS) server is the only server you can use, no other servers/workstations in the lan can be used.

Working ISA 2004:
