A client recently migrated to a new MPLS.  I'm told, soon after the migration some/most VPN clients are unable to access internal resources after 5 minutes or so of inactivity even though the VPN connection is still connected!  If the VPN connection is disconnected and re-established, they are able to access Exchange, and other internal resources again.  Also we continually ping to an internal resource, there are no issues.  It seems like if there is no activity the VPN connection quits working, but doesn't disconnect.
At this point I believe it's a network problem, but the provider Paetech is finding no network issues.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
