In the company where I work we have a problem with VPN.
If a user makes a vpn connection, the connection disconnects after 12 minutes.
If you wait a few minutes, the connection reconnects.

Situation:
If you see it from the outside. We first have a watchguard firebox III. Then there is a isa server. Then the other servers and clients.
The user first makes a connection with the watchguard using MUVPN.
After that, he makes a connection to the network/isa using microsoft vpn (with the login of the domain)

Problem:
If the connection with microsoft vpn is created, the connection(muvpn and microsoft vpn) disconnects after 12 minutes
If only the muvpn is connected the connection stay alive. But we can only connect to the external nic of the isa server and not to the rest of network.

I couldn't find anything in the loggins, i set al the timeouts i could found a lot higher than 12 minutes but no solution

The situation happens on all our computers, and on every internet connection.

We think it is because of the combination ISA-Wachtguard, but can't find a solution.

Do you guys know if this situation happens before and if there is a solution?
