VPN into main and connect to remote site via vpn

Status: offline 		I VPN into my main site and then I try to connect to my remote site which is a site to site vpn connection but I can't I enabled rules on my ISA to connect VPN clients to the remote site and reversed the rules but I still can't connect. What do i need to do to connect to the remote site while I VPN into the main.
