We have ISA 2006 and our network group created a Vlan subnet for all VoIP devices and decided to move the related servers to that subnet.

xx.xx.10.1-254
xxx.xx.15.1-254 - VoIP subnet

Anyway one of the servers on the new subnet is running an Avaya web program for creating web conferences. If I disable the web browser from going to the ISA server at xx.xx.10.106 then I can see the webpage and do whatever I need. If the browser is using the proxy, it times out.

The subnet is a network with the proper range and I have poked around all the access rules and see it is listed as a destination for all traffic.

I have not created a network rule to join the networks yet as this is a production server without a little research. Is that the way to go or is there some other method to join a subnet?

The network object is  xx.xx.16.10.1-255

The VoIP is defnined as an object with a range of xx.xx.16.15.1-255. I did add that object to rules related to HTTP but that did not do it. If I turn on the proxy, I get this message after about 50 seconds.

Technical Information (for support personnel)

Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The host server is unreachable. (10065)
IP Address: xx.16.15.117
Date: 12/19/2007 1:27:26 PM [GMT]
Server: isisa001.usixxcomm.com
Source: proxy
