Just need your help with the config of the following layout.

The adsl2 line is for internal general use and the 2m line is a dedicated voice line.
My question is how do i configure the DMZ nic?
1. I assume that it needs to be configure with the internal DNS server?
2. 2 Routers mean 2 gateways on ISA, how do i configure the gateway on DMZ nic?

Current ipconfig
Internal:
IP: 192.168.0.48
255.255.255.0
DNS: 192.168.0.52

External
IP: 10.0.0.10
255.255.255.0
GW: 10.0.0.254

DMZ
IP: 10.0.1.10
255.255.255.0
GW: ???? any???
DNS ???? any???

Will this config work?? Any improvement or recommendations?
