Hi,

I have a pc with windows 20003 and ISA 2004.it have 2 lan cards. One with internal LAN ip 10.0.0.1 and other lan card with WAN ip of 221.132.x.x
I am facing issue regarding publishing my web site.My web site is not opening.
when I try to ping the web site (from the ISA pc where it is hosted) like ping www.mywebsite.com, it replies me like this

Pinging mywebsite.com [127.0.0.2] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 127.0.0.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128
Reply from 127.0.0.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128
Reply from 127.0.0.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128
Reply from 127.0.0.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128

therefore its not opening. I am not hosting any DNS SERVER. when I ping mywebsite.com from outside lan, it works perfectly, its not working only in LAN. like when users open mywebsite.com, ISA gives the following error.

Error Code 11002: Host not found
Background: This error indicates that the gateway could not find an authoritative DNS server for the website you are trying to access.

I have checked my hosts file & it have only one entry like ...
127.0.0.1 localhost

I have checked with latest uptodate antivirus and antispyware, the SERVER is clean.
What to check ?

Hi,

Edit the Hosts file and add entry with www.mywebsite.com with internal IP of ISA, i.e
x.x.x.x www.mywebsite.com.
