Hi guys!

I am trying to configure Active Experts to monitor CPU and Memory Usage of a ISA Server, but it results always the same response
"unable to query WMI service on remote computer"

the AE machine has administrative access to the server and is member of Remote Management Computers.

What would be the access rule to enable AE to access the ISA server?

thanks

Scope

Being a member of the Remote Management Computers set only allows Remote Desktop, ISA MMC, and PING.

You will need to add a new rule to allow RPC (All Interfaces) from your WMI client to Local Host.
