I set up ISA server to fire walling internal interface but the internet
connection of server was miss after installing I mean, I could send
message (or ping ) to the any IP or external address but when I open URL
in IE it show that Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer .
Please tell me how do I configure ISA server ?

This is the default behaviour of ISA Server after installation. There is nothing wrong with it. You need to configure the server in order to browse the net.

For starters to enable web browsing on the ISA Server computer itself you need to create a allow rule in the protocol rules as well as create a packet filter for the HTTP, HTTPS protocol.(Although this is not the best way!).
