Status: offline 		How do you enable wpad in isa 2004? I tried looking everywhere, but no success..thanks!

Status: offline 		Under Configuration and then Networks, select the properties of your Internal Network (under network tab) you should then see a tab for AutoDiscovery and it is here that you enable the publishing of WPAD.
After that it is a simple matter of configuring either DNS (my preference) of DHCP to inform the client of this information
