WPAD and 127.0.0.1

Status: offline 		I have an issue where some programs have help files that open a web browser and point to 127.0.0.1.  this request is going to the ISA 2006 server and not the localhost.  I have all IE clients set to automatic, and a WPAD file on a windows server.  I am not publishing form the ISA server, as I have a virus scanner in between the client and ISA.  Is there something I can add to the WPAD file to stop the clients from going to the proxy server for 127.0.0.1?
