Hello All

I am experiencing a really strange problem. I have succesfully published a WSS3.0 site using ISA server and this works fine for all users apart from one!

The problematic user is running office xp pro with SP3 and he cannot get to any of my sites even my website. Basically all my sites that I have published with ISA dont work for him, this includes OWA.

I can see a connection coming in HTTPS - Connection Established on the ISA box so that looks all ok, but nothing is rendered on his browser. This happens whatever browser he uses Firefox or IE. He has also tried another test on a completely different machine and still the same problem.

I have asked him to try some ping tests to those servers and they worked fine. He can telnet to my mailserver on port 25.

The problem here seems to be only with HTTP or HTTPS. I have checked the HTTPS protocol and that's not using the webproxy filter. He can also access all other sites on the internet without any problems.

Anyone have any idea what might be causing the problems, could this be a local firewall issue at his end. This is what I am thinking now.

Thanks

AJ
