No experience with it -- but if you're publishing SharePoint sites, you might want to upgrade to ISA 2006 because of its superior support for SharePoint.
Thanks Tom, I knew you would say that :>) I have a back to back ISA configuration with a DMZ in between. The trick was to get the ISA's to pass authentication/communication between them.

Yes, I modified my earlier comment. The key was the communication between the ISA servers. Creating a rule on each ISA server with the following: allowing outbound access from "internal" & "local host" to "internal" & "localhost". on each ISA solved it. I had the 1) acess rule for the sharepoint server correct, the 2)web listener correct and 3)the publishing rules correct. What I needed was communication from one ISA to another ISA to the outside world.
