I have published WSS externally through ISA 2006. The problem I am running
into is any web part that calls to Sql Reporting Services will not resolve.
RS is on a different server than WSS. Is there a way I can get ISA to
resolve those pages without having to publish reporting services. Thanks.

You'll need to publish each site the user needs to access, unless you have an internal server that will proxy requests and send them back through the established channel.
