1- For WSUS Server:

Allowing anonymous access to these protocols HTTP & HTTPS from WSUS server to external.

2 - For WSUS Clients:

Allowing anonymous access to these protocols HTTP,HTTPS,Kerberos-Sec(UDP)from clients & localhost to WSUS server.

Are these rules right in ISA2004?

#2 WRONG.

NEVER allow access to the local host network unless you want your firewall compromised.
