WWW not working

I have win 2003 server enterprise edition. hosting mt web. Name is in External DNS Servers. SIt was working using www.myname.com and also with myname.com. After a couple of days the www addy stopped processing and gives the 400 Bad Request - The data is invalid. (13). I have tried recreating in IIS incase of errors still no luck. I hope this is enough info I am pretty new to web hosting.
