i want to use bittorrent but i am using internet through cablenet. LAN admin has applied some rules which does not allow bittorrent to download. what settings i can suggest him??

Status: offline 		plz folks help me how can i use bittorrent download client behind and ISA server is it possible or not?????????
it gives "proxy error 504 see ISAserver Help"
my provider is using ISA 2000 interprise edition

Status: offline 		he also do not know how to allow a bittorrent client to run even on windows.................but he can change the settings so plz plz plz help me..................
