I have installed a ISA 2006 server EE....having problems creating a web publishing rule.

Here is what i am doing :
================

1. Created a website running on port 81.( on the same server as ISA server)
2. Created a listner listning on port 80 with the ISA server IP.
3. Created a web publishing rule which redirects the incoming requests on Port 80 on ISA server to a website on port 81 also on the same ISA server.
4. When i try to access the url : http://<IP Address>/default.htm , i get " Bad request" in the browser and get "Denied" requests in ISA Logs.
5. When i try to directly access the website it works fine. http://<IP Address>:81/default.htm

I guess the default "Deny rule" is kicking in everytime.

I only have a default "Deny rule" and this web publishing rule.

DO NOT RUN WEB SERVERS ON THE FIREWALL.

Move the Web server off the firewall, and things will work fine.
