Hi,
Here is my setup.

ISA Server connected to internet with FIX ip. No Active Directory installed. acting as a standalone server. Also Working as a web server & mail server (merak mail server). both mail server n web site is working from local lan and internet without anyproblem.

mail server includes a web base mail package (like exhcaange OWA) but it is published on alternate port like i have to access it http://sitename:4444/mail. this is working inside the LAN, but when i try to access this site from internet , error comes "10060- CONNECTION TIME OUT". BE aware that the main site is working fine I have created a filter for tcp in port 80 on local fix port and working fine, but this specifci 4444 port address is not working from internet.

What is the problem and solution?

Hi Syed,

Are you using a Web Publishing Rule? Have you configured it to redirect to the alternate port? Does the Web site generate links dynamically, so that users don't receive the correct port number?
