Status: offline 		I m using isa server 2000 and win server 2000 but from few days browsing is slow how can i check what bandwidth is coming from isp and y is browsing kindly inform me

Status: offline 		"Browsing is slow" - do you mean transfer rates are slow or response times are slow?
How are speeds in the ISA server itself?
Check out the article I'm not getting my maximum bandwidth! for some hints...

Is it because you have multiple users sharing teh same available bandwidth, perhaps poor performance from upstream ISP, flaky DNS infrastructure - There are lots of possibilities!
