MS created something new called Web Messenger.
(http://webmessenger.msn.com).
Great, but now we have to find a way to block it because it's way to easy now to chat with friends during work hours.... Any idea how we can block this thing using ISA 2004 ?

This one is easy! Just block the site webmessenger.msn.com with a URL or Domain set. Check out the article on blocking with domain sets on this site.

thanks. I wasn't sure that the URL of the web messenger itself was the same as the webmessenger welcome page.
