I have my ISA server running couple of reverseproxy publishing rules.

I also have installed a web filter which handles the authentication and authorization of the accessed internal web resources.

The authentication goes through fine, however the reverse proxy redirect doesn't work. The redirect works fine without the authentication filter.

Also, the authentication web filter is supposed to setup a cookie(non persistent). It seems it gets mapped to the ISA server, but the ISA server doesn't map it to the browser (I have tried with changing security settings to prompt me whenever the cookie is set.... I never get prompted...I have seen this problem in Apache Reverse proxy also, although that has been fixed..)

Is server publishing tool more suitable for this scenerio.

Any other thoughts or suggestions.
