Status: offline 		I stopped the IIS service on both my internal and perimeter servers and I can still bring up www.conseptsolutions.com from an external source Why? I also edited the file and saved it; from an external source went to http://www.conseptsolutions.com and the results were not the changed version? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Either cached on the ISA firewall or in the Web browser.
