Greetings,

I am wondering if anyone has found a good way to get website usage information from webservers that are published behind the ISA Server. I have tried using webtrends on the web servers themselves but obviously that only shows request coming from the ISA server itself for reverse proxy purposes. Is there anyway I can get usage info from the actual site visitors.

Is there a way that I can stop ISA from reverse proxying this site so that everytime a user hits the website ISA has to directly make the request instead of returning it from proxy. That way atleast Webtrends would correctly report how many people visited the site. Would I be able to do this and still use Web Publishing rules?

Hey,

You have to use server publishing to get the logs on the web server. (not recommended)

You can also try to get WebTrends to read the logs from the ISA servers though.

There are many posts on this topic.
