Sometime when internal clients try to access OWA they will get a page cannot be found error. If they try it again it will work on the next one or two tries. After that it will keep working for a while.

Any ideas why this would happen every 1 out of 20 times we try to access OWA? It only seems to happen inside the office.

Is the OWA server separated from the Exchange server by a firewall? ISA ?

Hi JSE,

In addition to what Jason said, I recommend making sure that the internal network clients do not access the OWA by looping back through the ISA Server. Make sure the clients directly access internal network resources.
