Weird problem - SecureNAT client

I have setup ISA 2006 recently with two NIC cards. One with public address and other with our LAN address. Initially, when I test my machine as SecureNAT client (By providing ISA internal address as gateway) it was working fine. However, since yesterday the secure NAT setting stops working. I forcefully need to use web proxy client in order to access the internet.
 
Could some one please help?

Status: offline 		how did you setup ISA NICs ??

do you have an internal DNS that forward external requests to your ISP DNS Servers ?

is your server win2k3 sp1 or sp2 ?

One NIC assigned public address of ISP where as other one assigned private address of the LAN pool

do you have an internal DNS that forward external requests to your ISP DNS Servers ?

Yes, i have setup DNS server in ISA itself and forward external requstes to ISP DNS

is your server win2k3 sp1 or sp2 ?

W2K3 with SP2
