Hi,

Pretty much standard OWA publishing setup with ISA2k4. FBA auth, SSL bridging, 2 NIC ISA, ISA member of domain, FBA is disabled on FE.

All seems to work pretty much 100% until user sessions timeout. If users leave OWA open for more than the public computer timeout (22 mins I think) and then click on any item within OWA screen, they are told their session is timed out and they are prompted to relogon (as normal). However, once they enter their credentials they recieve a "Unknown Request. The request could not be resolved by the server." in a white window. If they close the browser and relogin, all works fine.

Has anyone else seen this???

JJ

Hi Jason,

Interesting! I'll have to test this and see what happens.

Thanks!
Tom

I think this API filter might mess things up....

Hi,
Here's my setup:
Firewall appliance (Watchguard) that forwards https requests to the ISA server external NIC. ISA 2004 running on a Windows Server 2003 Standard server with two NICS, one with an "external" address (by that I mean in the same address sapce as the inside NIC of the Watchguard). The other NIC is in the same address space as the other machines on the LAN. I have DNS running on this machine also.

Exchange is running on a Windows server 2003 SBS machine.

I have followed the article to the letter. I can get to the FBA screen from the browser on the ISA server, but when I try to access it from any machine outside of the LAN I get a "page cannot be displayed" Error code: 404 page not found.

Here's what I know is happening: The outside client is getting forwarded to the ISA server, because the Security Alert pops up, I press the yes button to proceed, then the "page cannot be displayed" error occurs.

What did I do wrong? [Frown] Or what am I missing?

TIA,
Art
