Hi all.....

This is a starnge problem we have, when we browse certain web sites...ie hotmail.com or apple store, the pages are all messed up as if  isa was blocking things, if we bypass this isa and pass to an upstream proxy the sites load fine, any other sites are fine normally.....

What is isa denying here as there are no errors or denys etc when monitored....how do we find out what is happening when it passes through the isa proxy???

cheers for any help guys....or pointers

...........Ed

Hi.....

Sorry for the delay in reply, but we have tried the filter and the logging/monitoring options and can find no errors or denys in there, we have also tried the destination urls, client options, but it is a strange one as most sites load up just fine, just the hotmail site and the apple store so far.

But we have seen a few others sites that are suddenly being refused by the isa web filter....message says the request was rejected by the proxy filter....?

We hope someone can shed some light on this or pointers on how to setup a better way to log and capture these denied options from web pages, its as if isa is denying javascripts from running or include files for css and scripts running......really strange one??

cheers..............Ed
